Happy’s Snack Bar is great for those planning to spend some time on Waikiki Beach or for those at hotels relatively close to the military hotel called the Hale Koa Hotel (Outrigger Reef and Hilton Hawaiian Village).
Basically when a typical resort might Charge 10 dollars plus for eating by the beach, the Hale Koa’s snack bar is significantly under ten dollars. We have had breakfast and lunch at the Hale Koa.
